Terms of Service

Expenselyn lets you record income, expenses, transfers, accounts, debts, goals, investments and shared expenses, and shows you calculations based on what you enter. It's available on the web and on Android.

It's free today. If we add paid features, we'll tell you the price and conditions before any charge.

Expenselyn is a tracking and organization tool. Figures, phases, splits, debt projections, purchase comparisons and investment results are informational and depend on the data you enter. They aren't financial, investment, tax or legal advice. The decisions are yours.

Market prices and exchange rates come from public sources: they may be delayed, missing or wrong. Check them before deciding.

• You must be 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian if you're between 13 and 18.
• Keep your credentials safe: you're responsible for what's done with your account.
• One person per account.

What you enter is yours. We only use it to provide the service. You can export it from Profile or delete your account whenever you want.

You may not:

• Use the app for unlawful purposes or enter other people's data without the right to do so.
• Try to access other people's data or breach the app's security.
• Interfere with the service or overload it through automated means.

We aim to keep the app working well, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. We may add, change or remove features, with reasonable notice when a change is significant. We recommend exporting your data from time to time.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect damages or for losses from decisions made using the app's information. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer protection law or liability that can't legally be excluded.

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time, at no cost. We may suspend an account that seriously breaches these Terms or harms other users or the service.

If we change anything important, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer, including the courts of your place of residence.
